Flight Award Booking

Redemptions for flights can be all over the place. It can be hard to determine what is or isn’t a good redemption. Or maybe you just want someone else do the research for you.

Once I receive your flight award booking request, you’ll receive a link to collect a $50 non-refundable search fee. Pay the deposit and go about your day. I’ll run the searches for you. The search fee is credited to the final bill if options are found. If no options are found, it will not be refunded.

Once space is found, I’ll send you a link to collect the remaining amount. When that is paid, routing information and points are released. I will not release the program information until final payment is submitted. I don’t suggest any options where pricing is outrageous IE 200,000 for economy. If no options fit the parameters in the booking request, you won’t owe any additional money.

Pricing is charged per passenger. There are separate prices for round-trip or multi-city pricing. Multi-city pricing includes a maximum of three stops. Additional stops will cost $75 per passenger.

Please do not submit the form unless you are ready to book. Award space can go quickly. If there is a delay in booking, your award space may disappear.

Repositioning flights is taking another flight (on another ticket) to catch a flight to your ultimate destination. This can open up more award space.
Example: Looking to go to Berlin on 9/1. Then return from Vienna on 9/15.
Having flexibility increases likelihood of better flights and lower prices.
Select all that apply.

Hotel Award Booking

Some hotels are notorious for not having tons of availability. Some hotels are more easy to find. With more programs going to dynamic pricing, it can be difficult to find the best price. Hotel award bookings are best for people that are flexible with their dates. This includes daily monitoring if needed.

Once you submit the form, you’ll be contacted with a link to collect the payment up front.

Hotel award bookings cost $35 per room at each hotel you request. Payment is collected up front.

  • Example: You need one room at the St. Regis Hong Kong for 3 nights. You’ll pay $35.
  • Example: You need two rooms at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun for 5 nights. You’ll pay $70.
  • Example: You need one room at the Hilton Paris for 4 nights before moving on to the Ritz-Carlton Berlin for 3 nights. You’ll pay $70.

Rooms are limited to occupancy rates due to fire codes. Why do I ask for ages? At some hotels, you can add additional people for a small charge. This allows you to not have to book a second room.
Date ranges are okay if flexible.
